Found on the William May estate paper signed by Nicholas as executor. A better photographer might be able to capture the image in the seal. (Ambler Papers)

This shows the area containing the date is damaged. Some claim the sale was in 1656, but Nicholas patented the land in Nov 1661 and this shows a date of 26 Nov 1___, so it seems likely he patented the land when he bought it.
