Frances is named in the 1610 Will of her father-in-law, Nicholas Browne and the 1620 Will of her husband, for she is named Executrix.
Her maiden name as it appears in the church marriage record is difficult to read and has been transcribed as Vallenger, or Anthony. In the Bishop's transcription of church records, it is still difficult to read but may be Ballong.
