NOTE **ARR & DHO claim this is the same Richard that first married Sarah Ferguson and then Elizabeth (Price) Curd. They claim Susan ? is Susan Cash. This conflicts with the information in My Father's Family that shows the third wife as Nancy (?) Cash, widow of Benjamin Cash. Also, DEW has Richard (RIN=3) living in Jefferson Co. Kentucky in 1798, making it unlikely he is the same as this Richard, whose will was proved in 1811 in Bedford Co. Virginia. Also, DEW states SUSANNAH WARE OGLESBY was born in 1782 and married a JAMES HEARD, making her a child of the third wife. But the 1830-1850 petitions of Susan (?) Oglesby, widow of Richard, make no mention of a Susannah Oglesby/Heard, though numerous other children are mentioned.

CHILDREN: EOP has the children from the KY Richard (RIN 3), including Gov. Richard James Oglesby as a grandson. Since this Richard probably never lived in Kentucky, EOP has confused the families of the two Richards.
