• My grandparents were ministers in a Foursquare church there [Cedar Rapids, Iowa].6212
• Harold Wood started the Foursquare churches Escondido where Bethani Pate will be married.6239
• Hal (and his two brothers) built a 3-story cabin in Lake Arrowhead. He and Margaret moved there for several years and Andy and I knew them because Margaret Wood and I had the same name and she played the piano for COTW, where they attended, until Foursquare began a church in Lake Arrowhead, and they later sold their home to that Foursquare church in Arrowhead.6239
• Two years later Harold married Margaret who essentially raised Wes who thought of her as Mom (he was 4 of so when Frances died or when Harold remarried Margaret), and Joanne always thought of Margaret as her Grandma also.6240
• [excerpts] Three out-of-state men were seriously injured in a grinding two-car collision two miles south of Joseph early Monday morning on U. S. Highway 89.
The accident occurred at 6:25 a.m. when a westbound car crossed over a double yellow line in front of an eastbound car driven by Harold Thomas Wood, 70, Lake Arrowhead, Calif.
Harold Thomas Wood suffered facial lacerations and minor chest injuries.
There was no evidence of skid marks from either car, indicating neither driver realized the impending accident in time to attempt to avoid it.6238
• PASTOR HAROLD T. WOOD Born August 25, 1917, Spencer, Nebraska and met his Maker March 14, 2007, Hemet, CA. He graduated from Life Bible College, Los Angeles, CA. at the age of 19--immediately began his 60 year ministry with The Foursquare Church, pastoring in IL, IN, CO, IA, WA, CA and Canada-Dean of Life Bible College and Pastor of Kingsway Foursquare. Back in the U.S. in CA. he pastored the Escondido Church and was Superintendent of the Christian School for 15 years. He retired from full-time service to assist other churches. Pastor Wood was preceded in death by his 1st wife Frances, son Ronald and daughter Joanne. Survived by his devoted wife, Margaret, of 37 years; three sons, Daniel, Paul and Wesley; one daughter, Sharon Maynard; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Viewing 4-8pm, Thurs., March 29, at Hemet Valley Mortuary. Interment is private. Memorial Service 11am, Sat., March 31, at Christian Life Center (Arlington Foursquare), 9085 California Ave., Riverside, CA. 92503.
