• Algonac, Sept. 13––James Nugent, 84, of 315 Orchard street, died Wednesday in his home after a brief illness.
Mr. Nugent was born Oct. 27, 1866, in Corunna, Ont. He married Miss Frankie Currie in December, 1899. Mrs. Nugent died three years ago. Mr. Nugent was a member of Algonac Methodist church and of the Masonic lodge.
He is survived by a daughter, Florence Nugent, Algonac; a son, Otis Nugent, Mt. Clemens; four grandchildren and several nephews.
Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery. [7968]
