• W. S. Currie, 79, died Wednesday morning at his home at the Nooks.
He is survived by his widow, two daughters, Mrs. James Nugent and Mrs. Durant, of Detroit, two sons, Otis and Jasper, both of Detroit and several relatives in Algonac. The funeral was held from the residence Thursday afternoon.
Interment was at Oaklawn cemetery. Mr. Currie was a retired farmer. He has had heart disease for some time.7962
