• A 1620 Mayflower passenger, Robert Carter was a servant to William Mullins, and he died during the first year at Plymouth without known descendants. Mullins in his will dated 21 February 1620/21, which was apparently copied 2 April 1621, mentioned “my man Robert,” thus indicating that Carter was still alive then. He was probably one of the six people who died between the sailing of the Mayflower and the arrival of the Fortune.3362, p 259
