• My name is Donn Waters. I grew up on property that was once the Hume AKA Glen Una Ranch in Los Gatos, CA ergo my interest in the Hume family.
In ca. 1889 George W.Hume gave the 800 acre ranch as a wedding gift to his son and new wife Una Handy Hume. In a short period and presumably with financial backing from his father, GFH built the property into a world renown operation then suddenly GFH died at the age of 24.
I would appreciate any information you can give me in regards to GFH's death. Thank you.5745
