Individual Notes
• Lyman H Jones was a missionary for Africa Inland Mission. He felt God’s calling him to reach the Azende people when his adopted son Douglas was only 6 and moved his entire family to Switzerland for training. he had just put the finishing touches on a house he built with his own hands when he and his family left. He loved to play chess, and work with his hands. After his retirement he moved to New Hampshire where he built a chalet with the help of his son Douglas and his grandsons Seth and Nathanael. A few years later he and his wife moved a second time and he died suddenly while shoveling snow.
