• The name Silas is apparently “by tradition” another brother of Rufus and since she [Chotty McMorran] could find only one Silas who was a known brother to Isaac, Avery, and Peter, she has tentatively assumed them all to be siblings. Obviously more work needs to be done.1395, p 2
