Individual Notes
• Caroline (called Caro) was Uncle Joe Crockett’s daughter, my grandmother’s first cousin. She married Lawrence Scott and they lived in Hillsborough. It is from her that I have the 3 Crockett portraits. Her father, Robert’s older brother, was one of the founders of PG&E. They have the 4th portrait, of him. So -- Caro would have been born around my grandmother’s time and she & Mr. Scott never had any children.
