• [excerpts] Walter Mills, the eldest son of Hon. DAVID MILLS, was acquired in the Orford schools, and later he became a student at St. Thomas College and the Woodstock high school. In the fall of 1885, [he took up] the serious study of law, in Osgood Hall, Toronto. After finishing his studies, he practiced his profession in the County of Northumberland until 1893, when he came to Ridgetown.4298
• Walter and his second wife Maud Storing had 3 sons. The eldest is Walter, then David, then Danny.4300
