• Colonel and Mrs. Charles Arthur Carlisle of South Bend have announced the betrothal of their daughter, Miss Kathryn Carlisle, to Ralph M. Weinrichter of Rochester, N.Y. For the last two years Miss Carlisle has been actively engaged in Red Cross work overseas. She met Mr. Weinrichter a few years ago when he was in South Bend to design the grounds at the home of Clement Studebaker, Jr.
