7695• Anna and George Mills were aged respectively 7 and 13 years when Hance Mills died in October, 1883. Soon after this the second Mrs. Mills took the infant and disappeared.
7681• [excerpts] Mrs. A. Milne, a pioneer of Bemidji, died of typhoid fever, March 1, 1902, at St. Anthony’s hospital, after a short illness. She leaves behind her a husband, two sons, and one daughter to mourn her untimely demise.
Arbilla E. Parsell was born at Plymouth, Ohio, April 24, 1852. She was married in 1870 to Peter Doty, who died in South Dakota in 1887 to which state they moved in 1883. She married Alex Milne a few years previous to their coming to Bemidji.
