• Nelson G. Mills, 75-year-old retired Thorp district farmer who lived alone in his small home on the outskirts of Thorp, died this morning in Sorensen Memorial Hospital.
He was taken to the hospital Sunday afternoon, suffering from malnutrition and exposure.
Mills had lived alone since the death of his wife, Mrs. Alice Mills, in 1939.
Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Earl Beal of Seattle and Thorp, who is away on a trip and expected to return late this week.
Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Evenson Funeral Home.4444
