• Truman J. [sic] Ford passed away last evening at his home at 1440 Lafayette street, at the age of 77 years. He was born in Canada, and formerly lived in Huntington Park, coming to Pasadena about six months ago. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Cora J. Ford; three sons, George Ford of Norfolk Va.; Jefferson Ford of British East Africa, and Paul Ford of Pasadena; and one daughter, Miss Mary Ford of Pasadena.1492
• I have Truman, s. of Truman and Celinda, b. in 1844, but no exact date. There are no birth places listed in the book for either Truman or Celinda, but all of Celinda's other siblings [children] were born in Canada, so it fits if your records show Truman (shown in the book as the last child of Celinda) born in Canada, and the IGI with Celinda born there too.2246
